| Garb-el offers the largest and most varied selection of
produce and trim station models on the market today. Whether
requirements demand one, two, or three sink compartments, or no sink at all,
Garb-el can provide standard sizes or special configurations to meet exact
trim room needs. Garb-el offers a completely pre-fabricated, pre-plumbed, and pre-wired produce preparation system for supermarket, restaurant, and deli use. This assures simplified, economical installation without costly onsite cutting or fitting, and establishes Garb-el as a single source of responsibility for satisfactory start-up and operation. Produce preparation stations are fabricated in 14 gauge stainless steel in accordance with N.S.F. specifications. Standard bowl sinks measure 24" square by 12" deep to accommodate a large supply of produce, and are provided with cove corners to facilitate cleaning. Larger sink bowl sizes can be easily made available for a customer's particular needs. Each prep station comes complete with conveniently located pre-rinse spray and faucets. Engineered for automatic trouble free disposal of waste, Garb-el disposal systems require at least 50% less water to operate than competitive impeller-type disposers. Each unit employs a field proven hammermill pulverizer which reduces waste quickly and quietly before flushing it through a steel filter screen and into the sewer system.
